Service Description

We start with a breath meditation, then a simple mantra meditation or two, this is a practice that involves focusing the mind to achieve a state of mental clarity, relaxation, and often, heightened awareness. It can take many forms, but generally, it involves sitting or lying down in a quiet space, closing the eyes, and focusing on something specific, like the breath, a mantra, or a visual. The goal is to quiet the mental chatter, center the mind, and bring a sense of peace and balance. Our focus will be on the throat, third eye and crown chakras in this session. We'll be working with our brains to up lift and positively affirm healing and positivity in our lives. A sound bath is a form of sound therapy where a person is immersed in soothing, harmonic sounds that come from various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks. The sounds are designed to promote deep relaxation, stimulate healing, and create a sense of calm. People typically lie down in a comfortable position with their eyes closed while the sounds wash over them. The vibrations from the instruments are believed to have a therapeutic effect on the body and mind, helping to release stress and tension, and potentially even assist in emotional and physical healing. Together, meditation and sound baths can complement each other beautifully. Sound bath sessions may often include meditation, where the participant is guided to relax deeply while allowing the sounds to guide them into a meditative state. This combination can amplify the benefits of both practices—calming the mind and promoting emotional and physical healing. An oportunity to share with your partner or a couple of friends.
