Couples Stretch, Acupuncture & Soundbath
Service Description
Starting with some gentle stretches, moving into some yin deep hip and heart openers, aiming at opening the front of the body. The concept of "meridian lines" comes from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and acupuncture. According to this philosophy, energy (also called "qi" or "chi") flows through the body along specific pathways known as meridians. These meridian lines are thought to correspond to different organs and bodily functions. Opening the meridian lines refers to practices aimed at balancing and harmonizing the flow of energy within the body. Techniques such as acupuncture, acupressure, yoga, and tai chi are used to activate and clear blockages along these lines, promoting overall well-being and health. The idea is that when meridian lines are open and energy flows freely, it leads to better physical health, mental clarity, and emotional stability. You can then lay down flat listening to the sounds of different instruments. You then have an option to receive acupunture. I will apply the acupuncture needles on your body to help open the flow of your chi further. A sound bath is a therapeutic practice where participants immerse themselves in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by various instruments like singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, or chimes. The sound waves created during a sound bath are said to have a healing effect on the body and mind. How it works: Sound waves can help induce a deep state of relaxation, reduce stress, and promote balance in the body. The vibrations from the instruments can align energy centers (like chakras) and help release negative energy. Benefits: Sound baths are believed to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, enhance emotional healing, and promote a sense of calm. It's often used in meditation and wellness spaces to support mindfulness and inner peace. An oportunity to share with your partner or a couple of friends. Maximum 3 people.
